Welcome to May Nutrition

I am a Qualified Nutritionist and Recipe Creator passionate about helping you feel better and support your body to perform at its best with evidence-based nutrition.

My passion for nutrition and health started from a personal journey of struggling with chronic fatigue from glandular in her late teens. Through better food choices, healthy habits, and strength training, I completely turned my health around by focusing on nourishing foods I found a genuine love for cooking and nutrition.

This has been a driving motivator for starting May Nutrition, after years of loving nutrition and seeing how powerful it can be. My approach is to help others feel free with food, feel confident in their bodies and have results that actually last. No restriction, no overwhelm, just a real whole food approach and a lifestyle that you May as well make sustainable.
