Meet Emily

Hiya I’m Emily May, a qualified Nutritionist and recipe creator passionate about helping you feel your best through simple and sustainable nutrition.

My journey started about five years ago after struggling with chronic fatigue from glandular fever. I had no energy and didn’t realise how much my everyday habits were holding me back. Through better food choices, healthy habits, and strength training, I completely turned my health around by focusing on nourishing foods I found a genuine love for cooking and nutrition.

That experience sparked my passion for health and wellness, and I began sharing easy, affordable recipes through Wallet Friendly Wellness to show that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive which inspired writing my Dinner for Under $5 cookbook.

After years of loving nutrition and seeing how powerful it can be, I decided to study and become a Nutritionist so I could help others do the same. To find balance, feel confident in their bodies and create results that actually last. No restriction, no overwhelm, just real food and a lifestyle that you May as well make sustainable.
